I hated the original Deal, 1st + Eli + Shockey was overkill for Carson + that other TE, I still wouldn't do it even with the 2nd. but he', thats me.

Personally, take out the 1st and 3rd, have Giants throw in a 2nd instead, then it's even imo. But that's me.
